The restaurant's excellent kitchen bases its menus on seasonal variations, and creates traditional Norwegian food as well as international dishes.

The Winter Garden and The Library Bar is the first thing greeting you when arriving at Hotel Bristol, and is the heartbeat of the hotel. Enjoy an easy meal and a drink before or after your meal, accompanied with live piano music.

If Hotel Bristol and Bristol Grill happen to be fully booked, then we are happy to welcome you to Hambros Café. Hambros Café offers classical Italian design and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed.
