Every morning we serve a big and varied breakfast buffet. Here you will find a rich selection of hot and cold dishes, bread, several types of coffee as well as freahly squeezed juice. Order an omelette at the counter of the breakfast chef with ingredients of your choice, read the newspaper, enjoy an "energy shot" and get a good start to your day.
We serve a tasty lunch buffet every Monday to Saturday, where we aim to offer a wide selection of healthy alternatives both in terms of hot and cold dishes. A la carte
Our head chef composes à la carte and various 3-course dinners. The menu changes according to season and ingredients. If you wish to arrange a dinner in seperate premises, we can offer several options. Our restaurant manager is also a sommelier, and will be happy to assist you in selecting a fitting wines and beers.
At Thon Hotel Triaden you get a good and welcoming start to your conference day. Our conference host serves Norwegian waffles every morning as well as other snacks. You will also find a broad selection coffee, tea and hot chocolate in our common areas which are located next to the conference rooms.
