Learn about Sami handicraft and how to make it. During this lection you will produce something from the Sami handicraft tradition – which will be a special memory for life.

Be a Sami for a day
Experience a Sami reindeer herder’s everyday life. They call it slow living. Learn more than most about the reindeer Sami way of living and culture. Preparing meat for food, reindeer skin for handicraft, snare for grouse, and ice fishing is some of the things you get to experience during this day.

The life as a reindeer herder
An excursion to the arctic tundra with the reindeer herders. Learn and experience how to herd the reindeers. You will drive a snowmobile, herd the reindeers, eat Sami food and get a real experience of the wilderness and the huge tundra.
