Food and drink at the hotel
Do you appreciate good food and drink? If so, a visit to the wine bodega at Thon Hotel Skeikampen is a good use of time and money.
The bodega has around 1,500 bottles of wine in stock, and most of them can be found on the hotel’s wine list. The very oldest wines are not for sale, so the current wine list features a wide range of wines from the early 90s.
The hotel is also proud of the standard of its cuisine, and we can recommend our delicious lunch and dinner dishes.

Activities and other things to do at the hotel
Skeikampen Resort is a family destination that occupies an idyllic location in the mountains, around a 40 minute drive from Lillehammer. The tourist attraction is at an altitude of 800 metres at the foot of the Skeikampen mountain.
The Peer Gynt road, which is only open in summer, connects Skeikampen with the tourist attractions in the Peer Gynt Kingdom. In the winter, Skeikampen is an attractive ski resort, in the summer such activities as cycling, tennis, golf and hiking attract tourists to the mountains. Skeikampen has long traditions as a tourist resort, people have come to the mountains since 1876 to recharge their batteries and benefit from the healthy mountain air.
